Il New Nintendo 3Ds è sicuramente la console più venduta sotto Natale in Giappone, seguita da Wii U che evidentemente non vuole farsi ricordare negativamente quando arriverà NX. La spinta alle due console di Nintendo è arrivata dai giochi, con l'appena lanciato Monster Strike che ha venduto più di quattrocentomila copie e Monster Hunter X che ha piazzato altre 159.806 copie. Bene anche Super Mario Maker e Splatoon. Da notare l'ingresso in terza posizione di Fallout 4 (versione PlayStation 4). Non male per un gioco di ruolo all'occidentale.
