Arrivano i nuovi dati relativi alle vendite software e hardware videoludico in Giappone ma poco cambia nel panorama, al di là di un calo generalizzato nelle vendite e di una sola novità presente.
Nella settimana compresa tra il primo e il 6 ottobre 2013, dunque, in cima alla classifica software troviamo ancora Monster Hunter 4, che nonostante un calo di circa il 34% nelle vendite rispetto alla settimana precedente mantiene saldamente il primato con altre 140.538 copie, che vanno ad accumularsi alle altre formando l'impressionante totale di 2.542.615 copie vendute in poche settimane.
Warriors Orochi 3 e Armored Core: Verdict Day completano il podio davanti ai due The Legend Of Heroes: Sen no Kiseki per PlayStation 3 e PlayStation Vita, mentre l'unico titolo nuovo della settimana è SPEC: Ten di Namco Bandai che si accontenta di una modesta diciannovesima posizione. Non cambia praticamente nulla nemmeno sul fronte hardware, con Nintendo 3DS in testa e PlayStation 3 e PlayStation Vita a seguire, con Wii U che registra un ulteriore calo di circa 1000 unità rispetto alla settimana precedente.
