Un risultato incredibile questa settimana per le classifiche giapponesi, dominate nientemeno da Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare per PlayStation 3, seguito da un altro titolo sempre per la console di Sony, ossia Pro Evolution Soccer 2015. Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare conquista anche la terza posizione in versione PlayStation 4 e la diciannovesima in versione per Xbox One, per un totale di circa centocinquantamila copie vendute. Si tratta di un ottimo risultato per un titolo occidentale in Giappone. Monster Hunter 4 scivola in quarta posizione, pur facendo un buon risultato, mentre in quinta appare il nuovo One Piece per Nintendo 3DS.
Dal punto di vista hardware cala il New Nintendo 3DS, nonostante sia ancora la console dominante, e crescono PlayStation 4 e PlayStation Vita. Cresce anche Wii U, triplicando le unità vendute, e cresce Xbox One, che quadruplica i suoi numeri grazie a quanto pare a un Karaoke dedicato.
