E' The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds a dominare la nuova classifica settimanale del software videoludico venduto sul mercato nipponico nella settimana compresa tra il 30 dicembre 2013 e il 5 gennaio 2014.
Il nuovo titolo Nintendo debutta direttamente in cima alla classifica con 224.000 copie vendute, seguito dal sorprendente Puzzle & Dragons Z, ex-prima posizione, che ha venduto finora la bellezza di 1 milione di copie. Al terzo posto un'altra new entry in classifica, ovvero Final Fantasy X | X-2 HD Remaster, poi Pokemon X e Y e la versione Twin Pack di Final Fantasy X e X-2 HD. Sul fronte hardware continua il dominio di Nintendo 3DS, seguito da una sorprendente PlayStation Vita che probabilmente è stata spinta in avanti dall'uscita della riedizione in HD dell'RPG Square Enix.
