Monster Hunter: World si mantiene in testa alle classifiche di vendita giapponesi dell'ultima settimana con 38.617 unità.
Al secondo posto la versione per Nintendo Switch di Dragon Quest Builders, che ha realizzato 28.430 copie nella prima settimana di presenza nei negozi nipponici. Per avere un termiine di paragone, l'edizione PlayStation Vita ha debuttato con 178,016 unità, mentre quella PlayStation 4 si è fermata a quota 141,369 unità.
In terza posizione troviamo Splatoon 2, seguito da Mario Kart 8 Deluxe e The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Scende al sesto posto Metal Gear Survive, che precede Super Mario Odyssey, Pokémon Ultrasole e Ultraluna, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege e Girls und Panzer: Dream Tank Match.
Per quanto riguarda l'hardware, Nintendo Switch è in leggera crescita con 45.083 unità, mentre PlayStation 4 ha totalizzato poco più di 26 mila unità considerando sia la versione base che il modello Pro.
